I recently switched to her after growing frustrated with being repeatedly pushed toward Invisalign at my former dental office. At my last visit there, I was told I needed multiple crowns and a root canal. My wife recommended Dr. Pinero, and I’m very glad she did. At my first visit, Dr. Pinero confirmed that I needed only one crown—and no root canal. Today (1/20/2026), she fit me in after I thought I had cracked a filling. After taking an X-ray, she confirmed that the tooth was completely fine and sent me on my way. No upselling. No unnecessary treatment. Dr. Pinero is an honest dentist, and her staff is just as great.
