At my first visit, Dr. Pinero confirmed that I needed only one crown—and no root canal. Today (1/20/2026), she fit me in after I thought I had cracked a filling. After taking an X-ray, she confirmed that the tooth was completely fine and sent me on my way. No upselling. No unnecessary treatment. Dr. Pinero is an honest dentist, and her staff is just as great.
