Our philosophy is to provide treatment to the whole person – with a special focus on how your teeth and gums relat to your total body health. We want you to be confident that your smile achieves your goals for comfort, function, a appearance. We’re here to make that happen. We understand that with today’s economy, budgeting your dental health on a yearly basis can be difficult and for those patients that have no insurance, or their insurance is not enou for the dental needs, we have implemented the VIP Membership Plan. This is a Savings Plan, and it is NOT an insurance plan. It is only valid at our office.
20% off all standard diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and prosthodontic fees.
15% off all standard endodontic, periodontics fees
10% off all standard implant and surgical fees
Preventive Program Includes:
- 2 Prophylaxis
- 2 Exams
- Periapical X-rays
- 2 Fluoride Treatment
- 1 Set of Bitewings x-rays
- 1 Adiunctive Oral Cancer Screening
Conditions:
- The plan is valid for 12 months period from the moment you sign in.
- The next preventive or perio appointment must be scheduled before you leave our office, If you need t cancel or reschedule you MUST call the office 36 hours prior to the appointment.
- It is your responsibility to schedule your appointments and keep them in the 12-monti don't make your appointments in that period; you forfeit all the benefits of the plan.
NO CARE CREDIT CAN BE USED WITH THE SAVINGS PLAN.
